My mission is simple: to find you the right home, or to sell the property you live in, lease out or work from for the strongest price the market will support.
What a Broker of Record does for you
As Broker of Record I am the licensed broker responsible for BuyRealty.ca Real Estate Brokerage’s compliance with Ontario’s Trust in Real Estate Services Act (TRESA) and the rules of the Real Estate Council of Ontario, and I am also the brokerage’s Chief Financial Officer. Every agreement, deposit and disclosure the brokerage handles is supervised under my name. When you work with me, you are working with the person accountable for how the brokerage treats you.
My background
My education has always centred on investments and real estate. Before real estate I worked in commercial banking, in credit assessment and risk evaluation, and that habit of measuring a decision against evidence is what I bring to pricing, offers and financing. My commitment to my clients has always been based on superior service and attention to detail, and it is always my goal to negotiate the best possible price for the person I act for.
How I work
- Price from evidence. Every recommendation is measured against recorded sales in the neighbourhood, not against a hope.
- Prepare before you list. A property goes to market ready, photographed properly and priced to draw the buyers who will pay for it.
- Negotiate for you, in your language. Buyers, sellers and landlords work with me in English or Mandarin, with every document explained before it is signed.
Where I work
Toronto and North York, and York Region: Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Aurora and Newmarket. Every home for sale in those towns, with the sold prices behind them, is on buyrealty.ca.
