Why the projects are not all listed by name. A builder owns their project, and Ontario's real estate rules do not let a brokerage advertise a specific property without the owner's permission. We ask every builder for that permission; the ones who have given it appear above. For all the rest, ask us: a licensed agent can tell you everything we hold, including floor plans, price lists, deposit structures and what is actually still available.
